A JQR contains hundreds of learning objectives and goals students should complete as they work towards certifying as a Red Team Apprentice or Red Team Journeyman operator. Each line item asks the trainee to describe a topic or to perform a hands-on activity in a virtual environment. This requirement validates their knowledge in a subject area and results in an examiner certifying each line item. k>fivefour customers who purchase the k>fivefour JQR program also receive a solution key that can be used to ensure a trainee’s answer is sufficient and meets the standard required to certify the line item.
The k>fivefour JQR system does not train individuals to pass a specific k>fivefour certification exam. It gives students a higher-level understanding of the types of information required at a specific level of operations and simultaneously helps students gain subject knowledge before enrolling in k>fivefour courses. There are concepts in the Apprentice or Journeyman JQR’s that do not appear in the Apprentice or Journeyman class but are still extremely helpful and useful in the field.
The JQR is not required to certify as a k>fivefour Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master operator. Organizations that wish to train and track employee training progress before or after class would greatly benefit from implementing the JQR system.
