The Red Team Leadership Course (RTLC) is designed for cybersecurity professionals transitioning from individual contributor roles into Red Team mission leads, managers, and program owners. The course focuses on how to plan, execute, lead, and communicate Red Team operations that align with organizational risk, business objectives, and legal constraints. Students explore the evolution of Red Teaming, adversarial methodologies, and modern threat frameworks while developing a deep understanding of mission planning, rules of engagement, operational risk, and stakeholder coordination. Emphasis is placed on leadership traits, team composition, and communication across technical teams, executives, legal counsel, and governance stakeholders. Through hands-on labs, tabletop exercises, real-world case studies, and a leadership-focused capstone project, students refine their ability to operate under pressure, adapt to detection and disruption, and translate offensive findings into actionable business outcomes. The course concludes with a two-part certification consisting of a written exam and a practical capstone presentation.
